01. How do we book you for our session?
To begin, simply reach out and share what you’re looking for. I’ll help guide you toward the session type that best fits your needs, walk you through what’s included, and outline the total investment. Once everything feels aligned, we’ll select a date. A 25% retainer is required to secure your session and must be paid within 24 hours. Dates are not considered confirmed until the retainer is received and are subject to being released if unpaid. Once your booking link is sent, your contract will be included and must be signed at the time of booking.
02. What if my kids don't cooperate?
With a background in childcare, patience and flexibility are at the heart of how I work. Children are allowed to be themselves, and sessions are approached with understanding and calm guidance. I do not reschedule sessions once they have begun, but I focus on reading the room, adjusting as needed, and creating a relaxed environment where genuine moments can happen naturally.
03. How far in advance should I book?
For weddings, I recommend booking 6 months to 1 year or more in advance. Senior sessions are best booked 2 to 6 months ahead. During busy seasons, particularly fall and Christmas, I recommend booking at least 3 months in advance. Please note that delivery times are extended during these seasons. If you are planning to send holiday cards, booking well in advance is strongly encouraged, as galleries delivered between October and December typically have a 4–6 week turnaround.
04. when will we receive our gallery?
Regular sessions are delivered within 2–4 weeks.
Weddings are delivered within 6–9 weeks, with a sneak peek sent within 2 weeks.
During busy seasons, delivery times extend to 4–6 weeks.
Each gallery is carefully edited by hand, with attention to detail and consistency, ensuring your images are delivered with the care they deserve.
